🕒 Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume periods.

📬 Missing or Damaged Packages:
Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for further assistance.
While we understand how frustrating this can be, Combat Chow is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

💰 Refunds & Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
